 We currently DO NOT offer refunds on any items. We will gladly accept an item for an exchange IF APPLICABLE/ACCEPTABLE.

We will accept exchanges or returns within 14 days after your order has been delivered. To be eligible for an exchange or return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, items must be unworn, free of odors, without damage, stains and must be in the same whole condition you received it, IN ORDER  to be ACCEPTED. NO EXCEPTIONS! Items not returned whole will be sent back to your shipping address. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at janscouture40@gmail.com. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for a response. If your return is accepted, you must return the item within 5 days of acceptance. We’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Return Shipping cost is the sole responsibility of the customer.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not for an exchange.If approved, we’ll cover the shipping cost for the new item.

 We reserve the right not to accept your return if the product is not in its original state

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
